The project was started in October 2014.The first stage of the project has been completed by Integhra Company:  project documentation was developed for automatic process control system of crude oil distillation unit at Turkmenbashinskiy Complex of oil refineries. The full capacity of the unit is  3 billion of tons a year. Later on the control and esd system cabinets are planned to be assembled. Engineering works, stand-alone tests,  start up and adjustment works of  electric desalter and dehydrator – 7 are to be accomplished as well. The purpose of the project developing of automatic process control system of crude oil distillation unit is to control and operate the technological process, to keep the certain conditions of production and the products quality, providing the necessary information to the operators in order to control the technological process in the form of instantaneous value of the unit data.
