High-Pressure Gas Distribution Units are installed at the production sites of the state-owned conglomerate Turkmennebit in oil extraction areas and are designed for the distribution of natural or associated gas to gas-lift wells. They enable the registration and regulation of gas flow, as well as the measurement of pressure and temperature of the gas distributed to the wells, which enhances the productivity of these wells.

The units were specifically designed to meet the requirements of the end customer, taking into account the climatic conditions of Turkmenistan. They are designed for a working pressure of up to 100 bar and are made in a containerized, autonomous configuration, divided into technological and equipment compartments:

• The technological compartment contains a system of process pipelines with shut-off valves, regulating valves, and measuring instruments.
• The equipment compartment houses the technology for monitoring and recording process parameters based on a SIEMENS controller.
• All equipment in the units is explosion-proof.
• The units are equipped with uninterruptible power supply units, fire and smoke alarms, and split systems.

The use of these units helps the customer improve the economic efficiency of oil fields and has an ecological impact – leading to a reduction in methane and CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
